Ridley Scott’s medieval #metoo movie is a shockingly gruesome affair, that pierces modern society like a truth dagger being plunged directly into morality’s throat.
The darkest sides of humanity are on full display and despite all the anger inducing issues , I can’t help but think that the real victims of this story were those horrifically mistreated horses.
Although, as brutally awful and unfair as life was in the 1300’s, at least they never had to worry about global warming!
Granted, they had plenty of contentious scientific concerns of their own to deal with….
