Just finished watching this and am in total awe and in fact may just have creamed my pants.
Alain Delon portrays a lone hitman, whose every move and action are perfectly controlled. Yet behind all his suave and control of every situation Alain Delon manage to convey another message, here is a man who has been under stress for a long time and it is getting harder and harder to keep his control. As empty and spartan as his living quarters is, as empty his life and soul seems to be.
I need to give this movie more time to sink in, because wow just simple wow!
