Catherine’s review published on Letterboxd:
First act is still the strongest, but I think that is to the detriment of the movie. Because we stay with solely Buzz’s point of view, we don’t understand much else about the society created in his wake. So, when we’re introduced to new characters from, plus the problems of the settlement, the initial stakes lose their weight. Buzz becomes an uninteresting main character among a string of middle scenes not fine-tuned to the Pixar standard. Even SOX, his robotic cat and “sidekick,” outshines him.
