Rebecca (2020) is directed by Ben Wheatley and stars Lily James and Armie Hammer. It’s a period drama based on the book of the same name about a newlywed haunted by the legacy of her husbands late wife Rebecca. I haven’t seen Hitchcock’s original, which made looking at this film objectively possibly easier.

It is about the pressure from the White House on the press in 1971 to not publish classified documents revealing that the government lied about the Vietnam War.
