    I think this is better than the one- and two-star reviews I’ve been seeing for it. If nothing else, it’s a fairly solid police procedural with Denzel in the lead role, light on action but with enough suspense and intrigue to keep me going. I like the realism of the low-key car and foot “chases” that ground the movie in something that feels like true experience and is still fairly suspenseful, without the need for some kind of action movie…
