i’d love to give this another go with subtitles and not at the cinema paired with The Lost Boys, which was truly baffling. tenuously you could call them both vampire films. the connection was so flimsy and the tonal whiplash was a little too much. certainly a lot to bite into here, but i’d like to give it its own time
