The thirteenth annual Knoxville Horror Film Fest ran October 21-24, 2021 at the Parkway Drive-In and Central Cinema.

Special events included the tenth annual Grindhouse Grind-Out and a surprise visit from Hellbender filmmakers the Adams Family, who we were able to laud in person with the announcement of their awards domination.
