The fourteenth annual Knoxville Horror Film Fest ran October 20-23, 2022 at the Parkway Drive-In and Central Cinema.

Special events included the opening night FULCI LIVES! triple feature, LONANOTHON with director Brian Lonano in attendance, and the eleventh annual Grindhouse Grind-out Filmmaking Competition.
