Letterboxd — Your life in film

Watched in two parts on a plane and a few weeks later but still really funny and surprisingly heartfelt. Eddie Murphy’s Akeem is unlike any performance I’ve seen from him, which is wonderful. 

Arsenio Hall is hilarious every scene he is in.

Wholesome as all hell.

Good luck to anyone trying to stop Sam Raimi from making a Sam Raimi movie. 

More Danny Elfman please.

Also, nothing beats a Bruce Campbell cameo in a Raimi movie.

Eddie Murphy is predictably great, but this feels like the 90s comedy movie version of white bread.

Have you ever fired your gun up in the air and gone 'ahhh'?

These two movies are just perfect.

Probably my #1 guilty pleasure movie. 

Ryan Gosling might be my favorite comedic actor.
