I'm completely in awe of the acting, and I still can't believe that was all in one take.
The Zone of Interest gives you an uncomfortable amount of space. Space to realize how numb you can be in the face of the evil of the world. Space to truly contemplate the "banality of evil," as philosopher Hannah Arendt put it.

Enlightened me to the anti-GMO argument more than I expected, but it was extremely one-sided. Such is her story, but it just felt like propaganda instead of fully informative.
That being said, it was a great exploration of a powerful, intelligent woman who’s taking on an issue that affects everyone worldwide.
