    Spider-Man: No Way Home


    Every MCU movie has gotten exponentially worse since Infinity War. The original MCU (everything leading up to Infinity War) had some borderline strokes of genius, with IW easily being the best MCU film, and one of the best in its genre. What those films had going for them were iconic and likable characters, and actual storylines and character arcs. It seems now Marvel has completely abandoned any attempt at making anything but shameless fan service. It’s hard to see No Way Home as anything other than a recycling of intellectual properties. Marvel is spread thin on original ideas.

    My advice for watching Malignant would be to take a nap for the first 30-45 minutes of the film, and then have your buddy wake you up for the rest. This first portion of the film is an absolute slog fest, and really just serves as preamble for the main event(s).
