    As it should be! So glad they let my boy get whacky wild with this one. It’s not the cleanest story ever, but it’s characterization all around is great, and Sam’s signature craftsmanship really shines.

    Probably Afflecks Best. 

    That isn’t saying a ton when it comes to his directorial catalogue, but nonetheless this is a very solid movie! 

    The opening exposition monologue goes over your head pretty quickly, but the whole embassy raid scene is pretty tense and gets you hooked into the story well.

    From there the whole conception of the plan / Hollywood setting takes the tone of the story into a pretty different direction for a bit. It’s all still well written…
