Travis Lytle’s review published on Letterboxd:
The aptly titled "Invasion of the Bee Girls" is a heaping plateful of 1970s cheese and sleaze. If there are gems, however, in the world of exploitation filmmaking, this might be one. The film is a mash-up of science fiction, horror movie, and police drama cliches, but it takes itself seriously enough to be almost passable. The experience, thanks to an earnest tone and subtle sense of fun, is better than its budgetary, script, and overall cinematic limitations should allow.
