Travis Lytle’s review published on Letterboxd:
The French-language horror film, "Raw," combines coming-of-sexual-age allegory and cannibalism to limited effect. Though audacious, Julia Ducournau's story of a young woman who, figuratively and literally, discovers a taste for flesh feels common by film's end. The film can be striking, but it rarely goes far enough to satisfy. It is a solid genre outing, however, deserving praise for its unflinching moments.
