    I don't really want to rate this documentary because I do realize that most of my confusion comes from lack of knowledge on this subject.  Being from Brazil I am familiar with how complicated and, ESPECIALLY, polarizing politics can be and that a two hour documentary is not, BY FAR, capable of giving a complete panorama of the situation.     A.I/synthetics gaining conscience is such an overdone theme that in order for new movies to be interesting they really must bring something innovative regarding this subject. This movie does not do that.
    With a peculiar cast (to say the least), what this movie gives us is beautiful cinematography and that's pretty much it. The acting is fine, but then again, the script does not require much from the actors. Other than that this is just a bittersweet story with some lovely scenes that is, unfortunately, completely forgettable.

    Edit: On a more serious note, tho: they REALLY went safe with this movie and because of that, I'm afraid, it's not a memorable movie at all. The only thing I loved about it were the characters (and it's probably just because I've always loved these characters) and everything else was just fine.

    A painfully beautiful look at how hard motherhood is. The thing that stood out the most for me in this movie is how schools (and people in general) are not prepared to deal with special needs kids. The fact that Jonah kept being called "quirky" for most part of the movie pretty much sums up the fact that no one wantes to talk about autism and how it does require special attention.
