Much like the first part, this movie is bogged down by an absolutely horrendous pace. The dialogue and actions between characters feels too far spaced out and there are plenty of scenes lacking any sort of score. This made a majority of the runtime a bore to watch. It’s a bit disappointing since this is one of my favorite Batman comics ever. Thankfully the animation, voice acting, and story were quality enough to pull me through to the end.
Man, Netflix sure is great at producing painfully average horror flicks.
