Emmanuelle Bercot and Vincent Cassel's compelling performances are what keeps this tale of love and prozac from fully sinking into the sea of "same old, same old". Bercot even won a prize for best actress (shared ex-aequo with Rooney Mara), but of the two, it's him who should have received it instead.
