    Honest Thief is either an inconceivable crime-thriller in the mould of Liam Neeson’s Taken brand or the most romantic movie ever made. Or perhaps it’s a bit of both. You can either drift off into a catatonic stupor, unwilling to accept the improbability of its shaky premise or gleefully go along with a man putting everything on the line – and $9 million – to be with his new girlfriend. Love, it appears, is really strong stuff.
