Certain Women ★★★★½

Cosy and lonely. Beautifully acted and beautifully shot (the lens flare from the streetlight when Beth and Jamie are riding the horse at night is stunning). I don't want to give it away, so I'll just say I loved the dual purpose of James LeGros's character, and how it wasn't mentioned by anyone on screen.
Oh and Lily Gladstone!!! Her facial expressions during the entirely of her story are heart-wrenching. That third story didn't even really need words, so much of it just played out on the faces of Gladstone and Stewart.
I think this is Kelly Reichardt's best film.
