stunning, sickening, palms sweating and a sheer work of art. the cinematography, score and acting, the push past of classic tropes, the costumes, set design, the!! editing!! i am in awe of everything this film has to offer. every part is done flawlessly. i felt uncomfortable and uneasy, i felt joyus and free, i wanted to cry and i laughed a lot. florence pugh gave her all and it pays off in the most incrediblely heartbreaking way. she shines. i need to see this again. for the pleasure and to try and, once again, wrap my head around what i just witnessed.
