Best of 2013

Mostly a way to track my candidates for the Muriel awards and my own blog's best of post. These are the films I've seen this year that I liked. Note: there are lots of heavy hitters that I haven't seen yet. Also: this is freely associated, so one shouldn't infer any kind of ranking. These are all films I mostly liked a lot as opposed to films I only kind of liked.

This is heavy on documentaries. Can't be avoided, I guess, given my relationship with the True/False film festival.
