This is such a bizarre and trancelike experience. This is a movie I’m gonna wanna analyze over and over again for the rest of my life. Nothing in this movie feels real, it all feels fabricated and I think that’s the point. I see this movie more as a criticism of pretentiousness and modern life then an example of it as many have pointed out. It’s tryna break the status quo of perfection many of us are used to seeing…

It was pretty good. Film has some actual stakes and Martin Lawrence and Will Smith work well together. Felt like a nice continuation to the first two and I’d def recommend it.

What I didn’t enjoy was the loud ass group of friends next to me. They came 20 mins after the trailers ended and were gossiping amongst themselves as one of the friends tried to shut them up. A girl sitting near me told them to be quiet near…

This seemed to be the movie where Michael Bay really found his style as a director. There is so much chaotic energy here and although I kinda hate some aspects of this movie, it’s so goddam entertaining I can’t help but love it overall.

Listen, I’ve seen this movie 3 times now and I may see it again. If that’s not a good enough recommendation, idk what is.

Also, in this house we absolutely stan the IMAX version of this movie. The expanded 1.90:1 aspect ratio is the only way you mfs should be watching this. IMAX, make this version of the movie more available dammit!

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

My rating keeps teetering between a 2-1/2 and a 3 but I don’t really know what to think and I’ve seen it twice now. There’s a lot I like but I also think the movie is a colossal mess. It reminds me of an amusement park ride but that’s not really a good thing. It’s entertaining and there’s always something going on, but sometimes there’s soooo much going on you can’t keep track of the plot. It’s kinda like if…

Better than I expected. I knew I would like it because Greta Gerwig directed it, but I really got into it. And that’s impressive too because this movie really wasn’t made for me really. The production design, cinematography, and color correcting were all top notch. The film really invests you in its world and time period and a lot of it is in part to the actors as well. They really help to bring this world to life and their…

In regards to editing, directing, and cinematography, this is some of the best I’ve seen. With the exception of one scene with a woman and a baby where I doze off a bit, I was on the edge of my seat for the rest of the movie. I wish the characters had more personality, but I acknowledge this movie is more about the adventure it’s presenting than anything else. It’s one of my favorites of the year and I cannot wait to see this again in IMAX with the expanded aspect ratio. See this as soon as it’s playing near you, it’s a blast!

One of the most horrifying pieces of filmmaking I’ve ever seen. The experience of watching this film was very similar to that of Gaspar Noe’s Climax. A gritty, violent, and disgusting look into the lives of cats. Tom Hooper truly does create of the most disturbing movies of all time and truly I’m here for it! This isn’t a movie, it’s an experience! Judi Dench in particular was terrifying and disturbing as Old Deuteronomy. It was truly a blessing that…

The Tenet prologue was the best part of the movie. AMC Citywalk actually whipped out the 70mm projector for that one. Star Wars was eh tho. I wanna see it again tbh, bc there was a lot I liked, but it was kinda underwhelming. I think it’s mostly fine tho.
