thanks jess for finding this film it was awful but we laughed our asses off at the killer reveal at the end, unbelievable

Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time 2021
When I first finished Neon Genesis Evangelion along with End of Evangelion, i was still a freshman in high school, trying to figure life out, and not understanding my own mental struggles. A lot of the series really resonated with myself as it did many others who watched it in their teenage years. The original series ends on a beautiful yet depressing note, with a lot of dark moments throughout the series.

Battle Royale 2000
Fairly strong adaptation of the book, found myself recognizing a lot of plot points even though it's been 4 years since I read it. They really advertise this super hard as a big shock film, but there's far more films out there doing way more so don't go into this thinking you're getting a massive shocking gorefest
