i really am just not moved. it feels like it is understood why elio has a crush on oliver but there really is no reason for oliver to be attracted to him. seriously. timothy looks like a little boy and makes concious acting decisions to be seen as immature. the chemistry (or lack thereof) just felt very surface level to me. doesnt work for me. and i really dont know any1 who likes this movie who isnt also attracted to the leads which is a laugh
