    I am sorry to say but to me, as it stands now after one viewing, 1917 is not much more than a glamourized and polished version of WO I with a paper thin plot and no character building at all. More for 15 year olds who like a nice adventure. For starters soldiers looked like the war had just begun, all still very healthy and fresh looking and dressed in new shiny costumes. How truthful is that I wonder.

    Utoya, July 22 is probably the movie nobody wants to, but everybody needs to see. Is it a pleasant watch? Certainly not. But not everything good, needs to be 'fun', right? It's a simple but effective and mostly urgent story.

    Wonder Woman


    I am not the biggest fan of superhero movies, but thanks to the cheesyness, over the top acting and some other imperfections this was okay for a superhero movie. Also, luckily, it was not infected with much so called 'humour', which seems to be so standard in many movies these days and gets tiresome. And be honoust, Gal Gadot isn't a punishment to look at either. So all in all, there was just enough to like.

    This is probably one of those 'smaller' movies that go unnoticed by the general public, just because it is Hungarian. That would be a shame, because this love story between two sort of soulmates is so beautifully shot and has so much soul. Although it may feel a bit sterile in the beginning.
