Film-historical city walk: Berlin - ready for the future?

Image for this story

Our cinematic city walk with guide Stefan Zollhauser (Berliner Spurensuche) deals with how major political upheavals and the arrival of new technologies are reflected in Berlin's film history.

From the sinking of the Titanic to space travel: Which hopes and fears were associated with the unknown? And how do these issues still concern us today?

We offer the free guided city walk (in German) on four dates: June 22, July 6, July 20 and August 31, each at 6pm (all Thursdays).

Meeting point: Corner of Tieckstraße/Chausseestraße (U6 Natural History Museum/ Oranienburger Tor)
