I watch a lot of movies. Sometimes I review them on podcasts.
It's only a 3 out of 5 movie - but Mark Ruffalo is great, worth a whole star on his own.
This was fun, and easy to watch. There was no hard science or thinky thoughts necessary - just a fun time travel romp with a heartfelt closing speech from Ruffalo.
I'm not sure there is a Ruffalo performance that doesn't bring me to tears at some point... even Ragnarok. Scratch that - Endgame and Infinitiy War did him dirty so my tears were only for his wasted talent.
Not bad overall. Seemed to be slightly lacking something but I'm not sure what.
I for sure changed my opinion a million times throughout the movie of who killed who. Was it the husband, was it the super clingy "best friend", was it someone from the past?
I feel like this movie could have taken a bunch of different routes and maybe didn't choose the most interesting one, but was still an alright watch.
