A really in-depth and entertaining making-of, that charts all of the hills and valleys of the Nightmare on Elm Street series.
Now, I love the first film of the series (and Part 3 is a lot of fun), but overall, I'd have to say it's poor as a franchise. Luckily, this doc - broken up into film-by-film chunks - is a lot more enjoyable than the films that are being discussed. It's a shame Johnny Depp and Patricia Arquette don't turn up, but besides those two notable absences practically everyone involved in the series is here with anecdotes to spare.
An icon of horror, an icon of cinema, lovingly remembered.
