Hated most of the Fin and Rose storyline, especially the casino scene. Also the scene with Leia in space was god awful. Other than that I loved everything about the film and the chemistry between the actors who play Rey and Kylo are perfect. Easily my favorite duo of characters in any Star Wars film to date. Far better than any other Thor movie to date, no doubt about that. From the cinematography, animation, acting, everything is done to the maximum extent it could be done. I wasn’t a fan of the other Thor movies, but this was very different; however, the plot of the movie felt a bit forced, but that was easy to overcome. I don’t really recommend this movie to those who were huge fans of how the other Thor movies came out, but those who were fans of Marvel movies like Guardians of the Galaxy or Ant-Man.

One of my all time favorites, captures everything a Marvel movie has to offer. This movie will keep you excited from the moment you start watching it. Most other  movies couldn’t come close to pulling off this absurd of a story. As a fan of the Guardians from the comics before the movie came out, I even talked to others who hadn’t heard of them prior to the film coming out and they agree that it was a fantastic start for a fantastic series of films.

Felt like less of a sequel and more of a modern retelling of how the original films may have turned out if they were made in present day. Loved it and would give it a better review if most of my love for it wasn’t out of nostalgia/pre-existing love of the franchise.
