Made even more special by my sister’s willingness to let me pause the movie repeatedly to explain why it’s actually a huge bummer why some little thing from the book wasn’t included in the movie.
Finalized by our mutual agreement that Philosopher’s Stone, despite its plot holes, minimizations of female characters, and 2000s cheese, is just a really solid movie that holds up no matter how many years have passed or how many times we’ve already seen it.
I love my sister!!! And I love Harry Potter!!! Stoked to report I know a large portion of the dialogue by heart.
