    Solo: A Star Wars Story

I had a lot of fun with this.

Cosmonaut Variety Hour described "Solo" as "A Star Wars DND adventure" and I think that's all I wanted it to be.

Yeah, sure, it would've been nice to get some fleshed-out characters, emotional core, or themes that really resonate.

But after being exhausted from all the Star Wars shows after "The Mandalorian", I just wanted Star Wars not to look cheap and be straightforward and actually... fun?

    Okay, I finally finished it.

It got better in the second half, but the whole remembrance of the ordinary person felt so fake and detached?

Like, now we follow several rich business people and the film ends with one of the characters saying that business has made them apathetic and they should live a normal life, but...

TLDR: I like this topic and its ideas but I dislike how the screenplay and editing presents them.

"We could be under the dogs too." — Luca

"Luca" is a surprising little gem emerging from the waters of Disney+! It follows a sea monster, Luca, and his sea monster friend, Alberto, as they venture out into the unknown land of man. It boasts heart, wholesomeness and a cast of lively characters. I didn't expect to get so wrapped up in what at first appears to be a generic fish-out-of-water tale. Yet, as conflicts came to a head and…

    MAGICAL.

There's this moment in Spirited Away that breaks my heart every time I see it. After Haku shows Chihiro the pig house with her parents, he offers her some rice as she crouches by the edge of a field. And as she chows down on the magically infused grain, a stream of tears begin to flow before she breaks down completely. It was at this moment I realised I needed Chihiro to succeed. This quiet, vulnerable moment, endeared her…
