You usually know your scifi franchise is beginning to reach the end of its life when you start having to bust out the timetravel. However, it's actually really fun here, despite the plotholes that tend to come with the timetravelling territory. Whether or not that's mostly due to the strength of Josh Brolin's Tommy Lee Jones impression has yet to be seen.

In all, definitely not as good as the first, but way better than the second. Not bad for a third outing.
