I had the opportunity to see this film in Cinemark XD, and I have to say, it looks even better on the biggest screen that my theater has to offer. I've seen this film a couple of times now, but I think this time I really was able to appreciate what it has to offer. It's an innovative superhero movie, but doesn't necessarily feel like a traditional superhero film that we've been getting as of recent. The animation really allows you to step into another world, which I think helps this film, since it is able to really embrace the comic book aspect of the story, as well as allowing some really cool creative decisions on characters. I've seen this film three times now (one wasn't logged since it was only half of the film), but it keeps getting better and better after every watch. I'm so glad that I had the chance to catch this in XD, since it really showed how great of an animated film it is, and how impressive the work behind it was.
