    I didn't realize that the Alan McElroy commentary from the earlier DVD never got ported over to the blu ray releases. That's too bad, I remember thinking it was a really good track. I'm glad I hung onto it.

    I wish there were more writer commentary tracks. They tend to be my favourites. I remember being disappointed by the actresses commentary (Ellie Cornell, Danielle Harris) years ago. My memory's not that great. Maybe it's not as bad as I'm thinking.…

    It’s too bad that the part where Absolon ponders why he felt a beard when he kissed Alison didn’t make it into Pasolini’s adaptation. It’s a favourite of mine. 

    A few times I was scratching my head as to what was happening when they switch between the tales so quickly. It’s not a fault of the movie, I’m slow sometimes.
