    A neon, glossy, pulpy and almost authentically comic book aesthetic movie that just monumentally fails at every single aspect of a film with laughable acting, obnoxious plotting, goofy cliched characters with no substance or sense of tragedy or pathos, and all filmed and scored without even a fucking inkling of self awareness at how garish and ugly and campy and tacky this whole blusterous, boisterous waste of two and a half hours truly is.

    Gal is still charming though. Shame…

    Watched on the big screen at Jane Pickens Theater with a hell of an enthusiastic and slightly drunk crowd in Newport, Rhode Island. The sound of those machine guns in full Dolby digital surround sound reminded me of Heat and it's iconic shoot out scenes on the highway. Yippee-ki-yay, Motherfucker.
