Colton’s review published on Letterboxd:
Clunky first act, but as it progresses the plot ends up actually interesting and some of the sequences are actually disturbing and effective! You can tell Wes Craven is having fun in this one, with its twisty, meta structure. This is also probably my favorite iteration of Freddy.
When it comes to how Freddy is affecting the real world, the explanation is some of that Neil Gaiman Sandman-esque stuff that I love 💕
