Edwige Fenech, fresh out of a hippy sex cult, moves into an apartment that was recently a murder scene. 
AND THE MURDERS KEEP HAPPENING. Edwige keeps getting her clothes torn off. Groovy Bruno Nicolai tunes keeps swinging.
Little else really, but no complaints. If you’re looking for above average giallo, this checks all the boxes.

Pretty ho-hum giallo/skinamax hybrid  from early 2000s but here’s what it has going for it:

Some of the weirdest kissing I’ve ever seen actors do.

Awesome but misleading title aside, it’s got a solid Tales From They Crypt style plot that is pretty fun. A judge on vacation is confronted with copycat crimes of murderers he’s sentenced to death. 
Uhhhhh...Also in the middle of a fancy ballroom party an MC announces a lobster eating contest? And all the contestants are ladies in bikinis? Hella confusing.

Everything that made part one awesome and more. 
Super dangerous looking analog stunts. Dudes flying through windows, on fire, covered in squibs. Dialog so hard boiled it’s poetic comedy but never too winky. 

We’re dealing with a movie so badass Danny Trejo is in an holding tank establishing shot and never seen again.
