  • Mid90s

So I finally got around to renting Mid90s on redbox. I was a bit apprehensive about seeing this movie since Jonah Hill was a first time director tackling a difficult subject. Overall though it's a solid first attempt at film making and a decent, but flawed film.

The plot of the movie simply follows a young impressionable boy as he attempts to fit in with a group of skaters. Don't expect any grand narrativesthis is a very bare bones documentary-style…

It was one of the best comedy dramas I have seen in years. The acting was great all around. The dialogue was spot on and had me laughing most of the time. The movie found a perfect balance between dark humor and drama. Overall it was a great movie, and the best comedy of the year. A 9 out of 10.

I absolutely love the character interaction and dialogue. Valkyrie was a great addition to the Marvel Universe. Not only was she a much-needed strong female character, but she delivered some great lines. This is also the best movie for Loki's character development. He steals the show during almost every scene he…
