Luke’s review published on Letterboxd:
Both unbelievably beautiful and incredibly disgusting. I loved it from beginning to end. I think its funny how Luca went from making the warmest and loving film last year to the most terrifying and upsetting film this year. He's got the range.
But every little piece of production was sooooo good. The eerie production design, the score and some of the best makeup effects of the whole year. But a tangible and potent atmosphere is something I've always loved and this film presents that in spades through all of this. I was pretty certain Hereditary would be my horror film of the year, but I guess I spoke too soon.
Also, that last act is a fucking trip
