A bittersweet, blood-soaked, brutal and beautiful finale for Hugh Jackman's Wolverine and the X-Men series as a whole.

I always thought it was odd that Laura (X-23) was younger in the R-Rated movie for Adults than she was in the TV-Y7 cartoon for children (X-Men: Evolution) where she debuted. I know a few people have said she's (circa) the same age in both. I haven't seen much of X-Men: Evolution, but I don't need to have seen that much of…

    X-Men: Days of Future Past

Five years before Avengers: Endgame combined superhero teams and time travel storylines, X-Men Days of Future Past adaptated the iconic comic book saga for the big screen. The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

I can't describe how satisfying it is to finally review The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. Not only was it the first film added to my watchlist but its also been something I've been meaning to watch for years prior to joining this website. And I have to tell you it did not disappoint. The characters, the sets, the location filming, the special effects, the acting, the cinematography, the dialogue, and the story are all great.…

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker

A fun, action-packed and fast-paced grand finale to the Skywalker Saga.

This is the final showdown between the Resistance and the First Order. All the characters are excellent as always. Great action sequences, some really funny humour and great special effects (both practical and CGI) with some great plot twists and good character development make this a must watch for any fan of Star Wars.

I've really enjoyed all three of Disney's sequel films, but I'm glad the franchise is taking a rest from cinemas for a while. As long as it remains in our hearts (and on our DVDs/blu-rays/streaming), Star Wars will never truly die.
