Chris Van Horn’s review published on Letterboxd:
I’ll say this...there’s probably not another movie like it.
The commodification of what magic there is left in the world isn’t the most unique theme in the world but telling it with a music quartet and a clairvoyant (and a Bear suit?) in a plastic dome in the middle of the Ozarks maybe is. Stranded is probably a more well put together movie, but this one feels like it has more heart.
Also funny to me that there’s two movies (the other being The Touchables) only a couple years apart about muscians in domes.
