the energy in the theater was crazy when channing tatum was revealed

starts off incredibly horny but undoubtedly overstays it’s welcome by the end. it makes up for it with an outstanding final scene of elvis pouring his heart out to a cover of unchained melody, great performance from austin butler, pretty meh on tom hanks. i dig it.

an overwhelmingly perfect film

genuinely one of the greatest musicians of all time, not sure one single artist has ever had such a profound impact on my life in the way george has. if for some reason you are reading this and haven't listened to any of his solo work, please do. the easiest and quickest way to brighten up your day, filled with so much love and vibes
