A horror film with well written characters. For me that's what makes this film shine from the usual horror/scare movie.
I've read some reviews that say there's no tension or real moments that make you jump from your seat, but it hasn't been the case for me. I've been in real tension in the moments that the movie wanted me to be in tension, so I think it's just a matter of connecting with the atmosphere proposed by the film or not.
I loved the two main characters and hope to see again some work of Sara Paxton soon.
Now I want to see The House of the Devil.
