Dear zachary is a heartbreaking story about loss. It made me feel things which I haven't felt in a long time. However it presents a message of hope towards the end as it talks about the grief process and how we should deal with losing someone not only remembering their death but also the life that they lived and people they've affected which the documentary does an excellent presentation of as it remembers who andrew was and goes round to all the people he inspired.
