Matt DeTurck’s review published on Letterboxd :
A solid, fun, wacky little Christmas fantasy-horror. It doesn't *entirely* work, but enough of it does that it's very entertaining. The second half is lots of fun once the creature design kicks into high gear, and I truly wish we got more of the nightmares terrorizing the family, as they're inventive & wonderfully realized. A great score by Douglas Pipes, moody cinematography, and one of the year's best opening title sequences.
