Matt DeTurck’s review published on Letterboxd:
With a great script, great cast, and confident direction, here's an adult comedy that's also a lot of FUN. I've seen so much "meh" stuff in the last several months, that this is such a breath of fresh air. It's easy to forgive any trope-or-cliches it uses, because it actually feels like it's earned them. This, along with Booksmart are probably the two studio pics I'd recommend highest from 2019, so far.
