Matt DeTurck’s review published on Letterboxd :
One of those films that's hard to describe because it just exists, in its own world, as perfect and gorgeous as it is aching and upsetting. As much a love letter to skateboarding as it is a true depiction of growing up, a cry for help in American rust-belt cities, and an exploration of toxic masculinity.
Impressively shot and edited, it's stuck with me every moment of every day since I saw it. An amazing achievement.
