Matt DeTurck’s review published on Letterboxd :
I dug this SO SO MUCH. Extremely weird, touching, playful, and with a quiet throughline of sadness and heartache about the desire to create and the price artists pay for popularity. Well-shot & edited, wonderfully handmade, with a great ensemble cast, fun puppets, and an extremely forward-and-fun chiptune-esque / synth-heavy soundtrack. The Q&A with co-director Albert Birney afterward only added to the delight.
There are only a few people in my life I'd recommend this to, but man was this RIGHT up my alley.
