Losing my IMAX virginity to Dunkirk was what I imagine losing my actual virginity to Mila Kunis would've been like. Amazing, but over pretty quickly.

From the sound design to the cinematography this film is down right incredible. I was lucky enough to see it in IMAX and when the gunshots are fired or the planes roar past, it's like nothing I've ever heard in a cinema before, and I mean that.

War for the Planet of the Apes

Extremely powerful and bleak finale to one of the better trilogies of recent times.

    Spider-Man: Homecoming

A John Hughes-style teen movie with a lot of humour, the perfect lead and a great villain, but lacked any memorable action scenes and felt somewhat inconsequential like it was setting up something bigger.

A fun, humorous yet seemingly inconsequential teen/superhero movie with Tom Holland as the perfect lead and Michael Keaton playing one of the MCU's best villains to date (who without spoiling anything completes a surprising and interesting character arc).

The action scenes felt a little lacking which,…
