Love this movie almost as much as its top reviewer loves being a reductive asshole

(nobody dissects societal issues as well as Spike Lee. nobody. people complain that his stuff's on the nose, but that's total horseshit. he doesn't care for subtlety simply because there. is. no. room. for. subtlety. there is no room for ambiguity where the issues being tackled stem from environments fundamentally devoid of it.)
Don't have anything to say on the whole of the film. Whenever I try to get out a good capsule, I always fly off tangents without explaining enough. Just know that Bremner's presence means the world to me. That scene in the church where he claps along with the congregation holds more potency than any other moment in film I can think of.
